Lighted Curbs Our curb machines provide a versatile system for extruding additional features into the concrete curbing. Irrigation lines, lighting, sound and communication wiring can all be installed directly into the concrete curbing. Tygar Lights is a 12 or 120 volt lighting system that provids indirect light to beautify and enhance your landscape. The process is done at the same time the curb or edging is being extruded. The curb light product can be used on residential and commercial type jobs and can be installed in any size or shaped curb. We have specially designed molds for the lighting. The back light effect is installed in the top edge of the mold. This serves two purposes. It provides a nice soft backlight and not a bright direct light and also protects the lighting from being damaged by the sun, trimmers, water, or other foreign objects. Our curb lights can also be installed in the front edge of the curb, for those customers wanting a direct light effect. Some systems on the market have to come back a day after the curb is cured and use a concrete saw to cut out the groove for the lighting.
